Morgan Stanley: AI to Shake Up 44% of Labor Force 📈 

Morgan Stanley forecasts a major shakeup in the labor market due to Artificial Intelligence. In the next three years, AI is expected to impact over 40% of the labor force, creating a $4.1 trillion economic ripple. This is due to AI reducing costs, automating tasks, and revamping how companies handle data.

With the costs of Generative AI dropping, more business processes can be automated, expanding the enterprise software market. This presents a $205 billion opportunity for software vendors and a $150 billion global enterprise spending chance if 20% of enterprise workloads adopt Generative AI over this period.

This bold projection comes amid a strong performance of AI-related stocks in 2023, signaling long-term confidence in the AI sector's potential to redefine labor markets and fuel tech industry growth

Adobe Firefly + ChatGPT Vison/ DALL-E 3 Tutorial 📸 

Adobe Firefly has a new image generator, and we’re just loving it. We used a combination of Adobe Firefly, DALL-E 3 and ChatGPT Vision to generate the above images: Here’s how. (GPT - 4 Required.)

First, go to Adobe Firefly’s website and sign up.

You’ll then see different options to generate or edit images, such as:

• Text to Image: Generate images from a detailed text description.

• Generative Fill: Use a brush to remove objects, or paint in new ones from text descriptions.

• Text effects: Apply styles or textures to text with a text prompt.

• Generative Recolor: Generate color variations of your vector artwork from a detailed text description.

You can choose any option according to your needs. For this tutorial, I used ‘Text to image‘. My goal was to create an image based on another image. If you would like to create something from scratch just skip to step 2

Step One: Go to ChatGPT and upload your image. Type this prompt and copy the response:

Describe this image in detail

Step Two: On Either DALL-E 3 or Adobe Firefly paste this prompt into the chat bar. This is the prompt it gave me:

Create a photo-realistic image: A bustling urban scene at twilight. A sleek, modern tram slides through, its windows reflecting ambient light, displaying a blurred route.
