📣 News: Mckinsey - “Don’t fear for your job”
McKinsey released another report on AI, saying that while some jobs may be at risk, AI will not eliminate jobs entirely in the short term.
AI will either transform the way certain jobs are performed or create opportunities for workers to switch to higher-paying positions.
The report estimates that around 12M+ people will change careers by 2030.
Acc. to McKinsey, 30% of work hours are expected to be automated.
We need to embrace AI, not fear it. This allows businesses to focus on high-value tasks while leaving repetitive and mundane tasks to AI tools.
As the job market shifts, having the right skills will be the key to success. Encouraging and investing in upskilling programs will be essential.

U.S. Launches $20M Tech Challenge 🇺🇸
The U.S. Government is inviting hackers to “The AI Cyber Challenge” to use AI to safeguard critical U.S. infrastructure from cybersecurity risks.
This challenge is backed by major AI companies like Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, and OpenAI.
The winning team will get $20M prize money.

Disney’s AI Task force 🏰
Walt Disney has formed a special task force to explore potential uses of AI in the company's entertainment empire.
The AI team was launched earlier this year to develop AI applications in-house and also by collaborating with AI startups.
Disney is actively hiring AI experts, with 11 job openings across various divisions in AI.
